U.S. Orders:
All U.S. orders are shipped by Priority Mail. Add $15 per copy for shipping and handling. Only prepaid orders from individuals. Organizations may submit an official purchase order, but prepaid orders are preferred.

Non-U.S. Orders:
Orders for outside the U.S. are shipped by Parcel Post. Add $25 per copy for shipping and handling. Only prepaid orders are accepted, in U.S. funds only.
